Rothe Erde is part of thyssenkrupp AG and one of the world's largest and most respected manufacturers of slewing bearings. They build bearings that cope with tough environments and heavy stress, from smaller sizes to very large and specially designed rings. ITH Bolting Technology
ITH is a global system supplier in bolting technology, manufacturing hydraulic bolt tensioning cylinders, torque tools and nut runners in its own factory in Meschede, Germany, from certified and traceable input material. Their bolt tensioning cylinder is one of the most precise on the market. For our customers that means tools which can be preset to a given torque, and tightening that can be documented afterwards.

voestalpine BÖHLER is a global steel producer and technology group with a broad programme in tool steel and specialty steel. Pegol is the exclusive representative for voestalpine BÖHLER International. Beyond the material, the partnership gives access to metallurgical and application-engineering expertise, and their technicians can come out on site when a choice of material is difficult. The greentec steel programme aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in steel production.

Schwerter Profile
Schwerter Profile manufactures hot-rolled special steel profiles and works as a development partner: customers arrive with an idea, and the profile is developed jointly through design, prototype and 0 series before it goes into serial production. Their patented milling process SE-|M| gives tolerances down to 0.2 mm on the main functional surface of the profile. Since January 2024 production has run on 100 per cent green electricity.

Odlewnie Polskie is a modern foundry for customised cast iron products, from prototype to mass production, with design, engineering and tooling in house. They are the only producer of ADI cast iron in Poland and one of few in Europe. The foundry is EPD-certified and certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 for castings in ductile iron, grey iron and cast steel including machining.

Salt bath technology is used for both heating and cooling, with salt combinations in the temperature range 150 to 1300 °C adapted to process and material.
